Product Design
We provide hand-made construction mock-ups and design proofs to assist you in choosing the most suitable specification for your individual needs. Construction mock-ups can be supplied using the actual materials you have chosen for your folders.
Materials & Construction
All of our casenote folders are manufactured using the highest quality materials and filing accessories. We competitively source our quality manilla Boards direct from British and European Mills. Consequently, our folders are better able to withstand frequent handling. Furthermore, it is not necessary to incur the extra expense of adding a reinforcing strip to the spine of our charts.
For those who require an even tougher end-product, we can laminate the outside and/or inside of our charts. This provides a wipe-clean surface which is durable and aesthetically pleasing.
Anti-microbial chart covers and mediclips are available as standard with BioCote protection, to a standard specified by the HSE. All inserts with punched holes can be strip reinforced to prevent the punch holes from tearing.
Product quality will always remain consistent from one order to the next. We never change material specifications unless requested to do so.
Print Production & Assembly
We can offer the most efficient and cost effective production line for case note folder manufacturing. Much of the machinery is unique and has been specifically modified by in-house engineers to achieve improved product quality, shorter production lead times, and increased cost effectiveness.
We also have rigorous quality control systems in place certified to both the ISO 140001 & 90001 standard. This ensures consistent quality.
Storage & Distribution
We can deliver to anywhere in the world. We have customers in locations as far away as the Falkland Islands! For large orders in Ireland and the UK we can hold your products in stock and deliver on a call-off basis as required.
